Free sizes for fit-out, where the drawing dimensions matter more than the product name. A machined edge is an option, not a default.

This is the utility form: the panel cut to whatever the fit-out drawing says. It is also the form where the questions are technical and short, so it is worth knowing them before the drawing goes out.
Thickness against span is the first. A 15 mm panel spanning more than about 600 mm between supports needs a substrate. A 20 mm panel is fine to about 900 mm. Beyond that, 30 mm and a closer support spacing. Panels fixed only at their corners will move in the wind or in a temperature cycle and eventually crack at the fixing, so specify mechanical fixings at a sensible centre distance rather than at the corners alone.
Tolerances should be written into the specification rather than assumed. Cut dimensions to 1 mm, and 0.5 mm where the edge is machined — because a sawn edge and a machined edge do not meet a scribed reveal the same way, and the difference is visible across a run.
Holes and cut-outs are quoted from the drawing with the corner radius stated. Internal corners in stone cannot be sharp, and a drawing that shows a sharp internal corner has specified something that will be radiused on the shop.
12-20 working days to FOB for standard forms; cut-to-size and matched sets are quoted per job. Send a thickness, a quantity, a finish and a destination port and you will have an FOB quotation, usually within three working days, with no obligation on a first shipment.
