Fabricator supply: slabs sawn from a specified block for a specific run, which is the only way to get a vein-cut set or a book-match that actually matches.

Cut-to-order slabs are what the other cut-to-size forms are made from, and specifying them well removes most of what goes wrong in fabrication downstream.
The cut face has to be named. Vein-cut and cross-cut slabs from the same block look like different stones, and a fabricator working from an unnamed slab will pick whichever yields the pattern that suits the current job. Say which face, per slab.
Matching is the second thing. If the slabs are for a wall run, ask for them to be selected and numbered together and photographed as a set before shipping. Unnumbered slabs arriving in crate order will be fitted in crate order, and the wall will show it.
Calibration matters at the fabrication stage rather than the installation one. Machine-calibrated to a common thickness across the set means the panels sit flush; slabs that are within tolerance but not calibrated will show as a lip at every joint, which is the most visible defect this material can present on a wall.
Thickness: 20 mm is the standard for cladding and interior work, 30 mm where panels are mechanically fixed or where the run is mechanically supported. And keep the fill decision at slab level rather than discovering it at the wall — a run that mixes filled and unfilled is visibly two materials.
12-20 working days to FOB for standard forms; cut-to-size and matched sets are quoted per job. Send a thickness, a quantity, a finish and a destination port and you will have an FOB quotation, usually within three working days, with no obligation on a first shipment.
